Project Manager

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE


    • MBA or an equivalent degree in relevant disciplines

    • Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients

    • Experience of presenting to clients at a senior level

    • Experience of managing project campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines


KEY ATTRIBUTES/COMPETENCIES


    • Excellent communication skills

    • Excellent organisational and time management skills

    • Ability to create and maintain accurate and accessible documentation/information

    • Ability to communicate performance by producing reports in an effective and tailored manner

    • Strong listening and questioning skills

    • Ability to effectively manage client and staff relationships, responding promptly to queries, ensuring promises are kept and expectations managed

    • Ability to use e-mail, internet applications, MS Windows operating system to a high level of proficiency

    • Able to analyse data, interpreting facts and figures, in particular financial information

    • Understanding the importance of demonstrating respect and confidentiality regarding company and client information

    • A positive attitude to dealing with people

    • Able to identify issues and use own initiative and available resources to generate recommendations

    • Determined, with a creative approach to problem solving

    • An ability to identify a client’s needs and present bespoke proposals
